With Momentum 4 headphones, the results were surprisingly close to my actual hearing test results even with so few tones! Kinda impressive! However, for 5 stars, it would be cool if further frequencies (especially lower) could be tested and those results used as a baseline to adjust the EQ settings of my Momentum headphones to balance everything better, especially per ear since hearing loss is unlikely to be equal across all frequencies. A feature I've yearned for my whole life! 🙏

pretty useless. there are so many factors that go into a hearing test which are not accounted here for. for example the noise floor of your headphones, the sensitivity of your headphones, if you have open or closed-back headphones, how good your source is. in my experience with this test, there is no sound and then the sound suddenly appears and is very noticeable- it goes from no sound to clearly audible. i KNOW that i have good hearing but i still got a "mild hearing loss" for some reason

Hi DexyStorm. Thank you for your feedback. The Hearing Test app is meant as an assessment of your hearing based on our predictive model. The test should not replace a medical test, but rather give you an idea of your hearing. If you connect and let the app detect a pair of wireless Sennheiser headphones, it will give you an even more precise result

Works well. I wish it would attempt to make an EQ profile to flatten/compensate for the results. Update: adding a star. Missing a possibly small feature that may or may not be popular is not worth knocking off a full star. BTW, I got a notification saying there was a reply by the developer, but I can't see it.
